The conditions of the refund are as follows:

* Claims must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your item to entitle you to a reund.
* Postage / handling charges are not refundable.

* If the item cannot be repaired, then a replacement will be provided.

* Go Easy Australia Pty Ltd warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.

* Go Easy Australia Pty Ltd will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. Go Easy Australia Pty Ltd will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser for non-commercial use.

* Go Easy Australia is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This limited warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to, or failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, normal wear and tear, rust, improper assembly, improper fit, improper maintenance or use of unauthorized replacement parts not designed for the product.

* Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and contact our Customer Service Centre on Ph: 1300 766 469 or alternatively, via our website at www.goeasyonline.com.au for any difficulties with your product. * Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

* All Go Easy Online products have a standard 12 month replacement part warranty unless otherwise stated.
* Go Easy Online products and component parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
* Go Easy Online products and components are warranted against failure or defect arising from normal use for 12
  months from the date of purchase.
* Go Easy Online will replace or repair at their discretion any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
* All claims require the item returned to the place of purchase. Repair, replacement and adjustment are not available for
   defects, faults or failures due to:
* Ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or
* Malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non authorized service technician
* Failure to service the equipment in accordance with the user manual's Specifications and recommendations.
* Rusting of equipment
* Call outs are not included in Go Easy Online's warranty policy. For all call outs, a fee will apply plus labour charge.
   Please also note that in some areas, call outs are not available.
* All equipment is warranted for domestic use only. Products from Go Easy Online that are used in a rental or hire
   situation will not qualify for normal warranty conditions.

* Shipping and labour charges are not included in this warranty. The cost of freighting the replacement part/item under
  warranty, or component to the customer, will incur standard transport fees. The cost of freighting products or parts to
   Go Easy Online shall be at the expense of the customer, unless within DoA period. See 3.8 for definition DoA
   (Dead on Arrival).
* Cables are excluded from this warranty.
* The warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear and all warranties are void if the product
  is used for other than normal activities.
* Repairs or replacements required where there is evidence that such conditions have contributed to a component
  failure will not be covered by the warranty.
* Other exclusions are: Damage affected by outer force, Intervention by unauthorized parties, Incorrect handling of
  the product, non-compliance of the operating instructions and Commercial Use.
* This warranty does not cover any damage caused by transportation of your item; we are not responsible for damage in
   transit. If you suspect any damage to your item you may sign your item 'UNCHECKED' or you may need to obtain
   transport insurance.

* This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the product or any other losses due to
   accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance.
* Claims under this warranty should be made to your authorized Go Easy Online dealer with dated proof of purchase
  and said dealer will determine if the component(s) is defective.
* Any defective part will be replaced free of charge.
* Installation labour is not included in this warranty.
* This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure which does
   not conform to the limited warranty aforesaid.
* Your warranty is only valid if you can prove you are the original purchaser on this item (i.e. a copy of the receipt,
  invoice, delivery date or internet confirmation).
* Warranty commences date of sale.
* DoA (Dead on Arrival) 'DoA' applies to products which have a major fault within 14 days of customer purchase.
   These products may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Go Easy Online.
* Returned Goods: The unauthorized return of parts or product shall be at the expense of the customer. Go Easy
   Online will not be liable for the freight or return of the product
* Turnaround Times: It is the intention of Go Easy Online to respond to all repairs within 96 hours of unit inspection,
   dependant on parts availability and lead times for 'Return to Base' products In the event Go Easy Online can not
  access parts for a service request, 1 year parts.

Definition of Warranty The warranty shall guarantee that all components are free from defects or faulty manufacture for a period stated pertaining to a particular brand. All faulty components shall be replaced or supplied free of charge as set out in this policy. All warranties in this policy apply to home use only. These warranties do not apply to products used in any commercial use. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear. Life time of a motor is considered to be 5 years unless otherwise stated specifically.


Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set out below, This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90/120 Days extended warranty ( depending on the extended warranty chosen at the time of purchase ) from the date of purchase. Expendable items such as tyres,tubes, lights, globes, brakes shoes, cables, muffler, mirrors, key socket and various body plastics, etc. are not covered by this extended warranty. (Includes all wiring and electrical components).


At our discretion we will replace without charge the part that it determines to be defective in manufacture under normal use and service during the applicable extended warranty period. Transportation costs and Dealer labour charges however are not covered by this extended warranty.


This extended warranty does not apply if the product has been abused, misused, altered or modified by the addition, removal or substitution of component parts or used for rental or commercial purposes.Similarly, this extended warranty does not apply if the product has been used for racing, stunt riding, wheeling, acrobatics, ramp jumping, and dirt riding or for any activity similar to these just referred to, as this product is not designed or intended for such purposes or usages.


This extended warranty does not apply in cases of accident, improper use, illegal use, neglect, misuse, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. This extended warranty also does not cover claims arising out of personal injury and damages, restitution, compensation or other remedies at law or in equity for personal injuries or for consequential or incidental damage or loss are specifically excluded.


Warranty is voided if engine is not run in properly and faults occur due to this. (Refer to Caution & checklist)



LIFESPAN products and component parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Limited Warranty

LIFESPAN products and components are warranted against failure or defect arising from normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cables are excluded from this warranty; shipping and labour charges are not included in this warranty. LIFESPAN will replace or repair at their discretion any frame found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Limited Warranty

The warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear and all warranties are void if the product is used for other than normal activities. Repairs or replacements required where there is evidence that such conditions have contributed to a component failure; will not be covered by the warranty. General Terms

Warranty commences date of sale. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. All claims require the item returned to the place of purchase. Repair, replacement and adjustment are not available for defects, faults or failures due to:

1.  Ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or
2.  Malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorized service technician
3.  Failure to service the equipment in accordance with the user manual's Specifications and recommendations.
4.  Rusting of equipment.

All equipment is warranted for domestic use only.

Chargeable Items

Labour cost outside of warranty period will be charged. Parts outside of warranty period or conditions will be charged accordingly and will incur freight cost. Products from Lifespan that are used in a rental or hire situation will not qualify for normal warranty conditions. (Products in a rental or hire environment will receive normal parts conditions but not labour)

Warranty Types

On-site warranty. Call outs are not included in Lifespan's warranty policy. For all call outs, a fee will apply plus labour charge. Please note that in some areas, call outs are not available. Return to base warranty is also available for all products and will be charged when outside the warranty period.

Policy of Lifespan Lifetime Warranty

Proof of Purchase
The customer needs to provide proof of purchase before any warranty work or parts will be provided. An official invoice from Lifespan is the only means by which proof of purchase can be accepted. This invoice should at all time's state the serial number of the product if available at the time of purchase. Definition of Warranty

Serial Number's
Serial numbers must be recorded on the invoice for warranty to be valid.

Returned Goods
the unauthorized return of parts or product shall be at the expense of the customer. Lifespan will not be liable for the freight or return of the product

DoA (Dead on Arrival)
"DoA" applies to products which have a major fault within 14 days of customer purchase. These products may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Lifespan.

Turnaround Times
It is the intention of Lifespan to respond to all repairs within 96 hours of unit inspection, dependant on parts availability and lead times for "Return to Base" products In the event Lifespan can not access parts for a service request, 1 year parts.
