Australia Post (Nationally)

Small orders under 20kg will generally be delivered via Australia post Eparcel service.

Your consignment details will be emailed shortly after your order is shipped.

Express Post (Nationally)

When completing your order you will have the option to choose express post. This option is only available for item 1 kg and under.

If you require express post for an item above 1kg, please contact our support staff for more information.

 

Above 20kg

Toll Express (Nationally)

Orders above 20kg will generally be delivered via Australia's freight company Toll Express.

Please visit - https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/traceConsignments.do to track and trace your order.

Please use your order number located on the right hand side of your invoice.
Example # (2322222) as your customer reference number.
Alternatively your consignment number will be emailed to you shortly.

Above 35kg

Allied Express (Nationally)

Orders above 35kg will generally be delivered via Australia's freight company Allied Express.

Please visit - http://www.alliedexpress.com.au/ to track and trace your order.

Alternatively your consignment number will be emailed to you shortly.

Phone Allied Express on 13 13 73 if your item has NOT arrived by the specifies times below.

Delivery Time:

Your products will be shipped shortly after your purchase, in most cases within 48 hours of the transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days. The following are estimated shipping times:

Queensland: 2-7
New South Wales: 2-7
Victoria: 1-5
South Australia: 2-7
Tasmania: 3-10
Western Australia: 4-10
Northern Territory: 4-10

IMPORTANT MUST READ:

- For quick delivery it is highly recommended that a WORK ADDRESS or PO BOX ( items under 5kg) is selected. If these cannot be provided then provide a HOME ADDRESS where SOMEONE is available to accept and sign for delivery between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
- If no one is home to sign for the order it will be delayed and/or returned back to the couriers dept. Further shipping charges will apply should Go Easy Online need to re-ship your order to you if the initial attempt to deliver was unsuccessful.

> Large freight will require assistance in unloading.
